GLRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,521 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CADM1, VAT1, and MACROH2A2. Each is linked with GLRB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRB-to-partner and partner-to-GLRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLRB versus CADM1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
