GLRB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,098 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL12BP1, SULT6B1, and RCC2P3. Each is linked with GLRB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRB-to-partner and partner-to-GLRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYL12BP1 grouped by GLRB-low versus GLRB-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
