GLRA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,443 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBSN, DIAPH2, and SURF6_S138. Each is linked with GLRA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GLRA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
