GLRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, PCNA, and INPP4B. Each is linked with GLRA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GLRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin_VII grouped by GLRA2-low versus GLRA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
