GLRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALKAL1, MAGEB4, and SPACA5B. Each is linked with GLRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GLRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALKAL1 grouped by GLRA2-low versus GLRA2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
