GLP2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLP2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,478 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLP2R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, RSU1, and SEPTIN2. Each is linked with GLP2R in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLP2R-to-partner and partner-to-GLP2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLP2R versus SEPTIN7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLP2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLP2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
