GLP2R

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLP2R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 165 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLP2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCG3, MPP6, and NRXN2. Each is linked with GLP2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLP2R-to-partner and partner-to-GLP2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLP2R versus SCG3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLP2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLP2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
