GLP2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLP2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,072 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLP2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf109, MED8, and EOLA1. Each is linked with GLP2R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLP2R-to-partner and partner-to-GLP2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf109 grouped by GLP2R-low versus GLP2R-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLP2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLP2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
