GLP2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLP2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,651 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLP2R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, Regulation of intracellular transport, and Renal filtration cell differentiation. Each is linked with GLP2R in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLP2R-to-partner and partner-to-GLP2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading grouped by GLP2R-low versus GLP2R-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLP2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLP2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
