GLP1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLP1R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLP1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, A-Raf_pS299, and FASN. Each is linked with GLP1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLP1R-to-partner and partner-to-GLP1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by GLP1R-low versus GLP1R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLP1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLP1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
