GLP1R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLP1R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 371 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLP1R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with GLP1R in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLP1R-to-partner and partner-to-GLP1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process grouped by GLP1R-low versus GLP1R-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLP1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLP1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
