Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLMP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,837 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC11A1, PELATON, and NCF4. Each is linked with GLMP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLMP-to-partner and partner-to-GLMP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
