GLMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 271 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3646, RNA5SP98, and MIR513B. Each is linked with GLMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLMP-to-partner and partner-to-GLMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
