GLMN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLMN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,692 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLMN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2B, SUPT16H, and TRRAP. Each is linked with GLMN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLMN-to-partner and partner-to-GLMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLMN versus GTF2B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
