Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLMN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,325 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, SERBP1, and KIF2C. Each is linked with GLMN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLMN-to-partner and partner-to-GLMN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLMN versus CDC20 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
