GLIS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLIS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,885 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BDNF, DOCK2, and SPOCK1. Each is linked with GLIS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS1-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLIS1 versus BDNF in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
