Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASTOR2, RN7SL248P, and UHRF1. Each is linked with GLIPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-GLIPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CASTOR2 grouped by GLIPR1-low versus GLIPR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
