GLIDR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIDR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,824 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIDR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, MAPK6_S189, and PHF2. Each is linked with GLIDR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIDR-to-partner and partner-to-GLIDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLIDR versus EPM2AIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
