GLI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Cyclin-B1, and ATM. Each is linked with GLI2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI2-to-partner and partner-to-GLI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by GLI2-low versus GLI2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
