GLG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDHD1, PPP2R5E, and CXCL13. Each is linked with GLG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLG1-to-partner and partner-to-GLG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDHD1 grouped by GLG1-low versus GLG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
