Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,045 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Viral gene expression, and Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol. Each is linked with GLG1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLG1-to-partner and partner-to-GLG1 results are reported.
