Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,944 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN9, MAPKAPK5, and RFC4. Each is linked with GLE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLE1-to-partner and partner-to-GLE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLE1 versus LIN9 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
