GLE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 813 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN2AIPNLP3, OR7G3, and SPAG11A. Each is linked with GLE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLE1-to-partner and partner-to-GLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN2AIPNLP3 grouped by GLE1-low versus GLE1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
