GLDC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,974 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP54, RNF2P1, and RPL35AP20. Each is linked with GLDC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDC-to-partner and partner-to-GLDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLDC versus RPS3AP54 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
