GLDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,647 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, CKAP2L, and SHCBP1. Each is linked with GLDC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDC-to-partner and partner-to-GLDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF23 grouped by GLDC-low versus GLDC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
