GLDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLDC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, STAT3_pY705, and TFRC. Each is linked with GLDC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDC-to-partner and partner-to-GLDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by GLDC-low versus GLDC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
