GLDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,696 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRH1, SNAI2, and GPLD1. Each is linked with GLDC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDC-to-partner and partner-to-GLDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLDC versus HRH1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of -0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
