GLCCI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLCCI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,668 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLCCI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLCCI1_S145, GLCCI1_S398, and GLCCI1_S303. Each is linked with GLCCI1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLCCI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLCCI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLCCI1 versus GLCCI1_S145 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLCCI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLCCI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
