GLCCI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLCCI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLCCI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GLCCI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLCCI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLCCI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by GLCCI1-low versus GLCCI1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLCCI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLCCI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
