Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLCCI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLCCI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECRL, OR2B2, and HJV. Each is linked with GLCCI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLCCI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLCCI1 results are reported.
