GKAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, CGRRF1, and SRP54. Each is linked with GKAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 grouped by GKAP1-low versus GKAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
