GK5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GK5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS7A, PEX7, and RFTN1. Each is linked with GK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GK5-to-partner and partner-to-GK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GK5 versus COPS7A in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
