Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP148, SMC4P1, and SSXP1. Each is linked with GK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GK5-to-partner and partner-to-GK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP148 grouped by GK5-low versus GK5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
