GK3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GK3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GK3P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLR2, MRPL58, and RGS3. Each is linked with GK3P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GK3P-to-partner and partner-to-GK3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GK3P versus TLR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GK3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→GK3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
