GJC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-1, HSPE1-MOB4, and AQP7P4. Each is linked with GJC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJC3-to-partner and partner-to-GJC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-1 grouped by GJC3-low versus GJC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
