GJC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GJC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,768 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZGP1, PLA2G6, and ULK3. Each is linked with GJC3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJC3-to-partner and partner-to-GJC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GJC3 versus AZGP1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
