GJA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,735 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MXRA5, CRISPLD2, and PLIN3. Each is linked with GJA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJA3-to-partner and partner-to-GJA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GJA3 versus MXRA5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
