GJA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,001 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3OR16-8, SRXN1, and CCL5. Each is linked with GJA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJA3-to-partner and partner-to-GJA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHV3OR16-8 grouped by GJA3-low versus GJA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
