GJA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,123 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, AEBP1, and COL5A2. Each is linked with GJA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJA1-to-partner and partner-to-GJA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GJA1 versus P3H1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
