GJA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,512 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GJA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTRA1, ARSI, and PLPP4. Each is linked with GJA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJA1-to-partner and partner-to-GJA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GJA1 versus HTRA1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
