GIPC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIPC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,711 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT1P2, RNU6-1102P, and ABCA8. Each is linked with GIPC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPC2-to-partner and partner-to-GIPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GIPC2 versus RNFT1P2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
