GIPC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-b-II_pS660, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with GIPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIPC2-to-partner and partner-to-GIPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-b-II_pS660 grouped by GIPC2-low versus GIPC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
