GINS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P21, KATNBL1P4, and CDRT15P7. Each is linked with GINS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS4-to-partner and partner-to-GINS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P21 grouped by GINS4-low versus GINS4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
