Across TCGA cell cohorts, GINS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,331 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GINS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Mitotic nuclear division, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with GINS4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS4-to-partner and partner-to-GINS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by GINS4-low versus GINS4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
