GINS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,780 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, MCM2, and MCM3. Each is linked with GINS3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS3-to-partner and partner-to-GINS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GINS3 versus MAD2L1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
