GINS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1085P, RN7SKP256, and RNU6-654P. Each is linked with GINS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS3-to-partner and partner-to-GINS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1085P grouped by GINS3-low versus GINS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
