GINS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GINS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,699 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GINS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNG_S23, UNG_T60, and RRM2. Each is linked with GINS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GINS1-to-partner and partner-to-GINS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GINS1 versus UNG_S23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GINS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GINS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
