Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GIMAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNU6-1067P, and GMFBP1. Each is linked with GIMAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP5-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
