GIMAP3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIMAP3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,410 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP3P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIC2, FLI1, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with GIMAP3P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP3P-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP3P versus CLIC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
