GIMAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIMAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIMAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA8, SLC22A8, and HTR1E. Each is linked with GIMAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIMAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIMAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
